Jen was amazing and what she did for us was way above our expectations ! She helped us in taking care of our son who is our first child so we were more than happy to get some advice and tips. She was incredible with us and with our son.
We're French so we had to organize everything via email and zoom before our arrival but Jen made everything very easy and she is so flexible. Without her, things would have been much more complicated. She gave us the opportunity to relax a bit after a complicated night, to have a shower, to eat, etc. We talked with her in English but Jen know also some French which was very helpful in some situations.
We highly recommend Jen and hope that you'll have the chance to meet her 🙂

From the moment Jen entered our home, I felt like I could finally breathe! She came in, and I didn't have to explain a thing. She is fierce and incredible with babies AND parents. On her first day with us she immediately strapped on one of our twin babies and cooked me lunch. On other days, she offered a shoulder to cry on or offered advice or ideas on how to remedy literally any situation I brought to her. There was never a moment Jen didn't have an idea - whether baby related, parenting, or something about our 4 year old. She kept us in mind even when she wasn't with us with frequent check ins, compassion, or to send a photo of something we had been talking about and she found in a store. Our babies absolutely loved her and just about jumped out of our arms into hers. Thanks to her, we were able to breath, sleep, go for a walk, eat, shower, and take care of ourselves. I don't know what we would have done without Jen. I felt like Jen became part of our family and saying goodbye was hard!
